TokenTax

Coinbase data is supported via Oauth, API, or CSV import. 

Please follow these steps to log into Coinbase using our secure Oauth feature:

From the TokenTax Imports page, navigate to the Coinbase page (<a href="http://app.tokentax.co/import/add/integration/coinbase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.tokentax.co/import/add/integration/coinbase</a>).

Click the purple button that says Log in with Coinbase and follow the prompts.

1. From the TokenTax Imports page, navigate to the Coinbase page (<a href="http://app.tokentax.co/import/add/integration/coinbase" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">app.tokentax.co/import/add/integration/coinbase</a>). 
2. Click the purple button that says Log in with Coinbase and follow the prompts.

Please follow these steps to connect an API:

In Coinbase, navigate to Settings then API Access.

Enable all accounts you would like to check — we recommend to check all.

Enable all checkboxes with a read permission.

Copy your API key and secret to the TokenTax <a href="https://app.tokentax.co/imports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Imports</a> page.

1. In Coinbase, navigate to Settings then API Access. 
2. Click on New API Key. 
3. Enable all accounts you would like to check — we recommend to check all. 
4. Enable all checkboxes with a read permission. 
5. Save the API key. 
6. Copy your API key and secret to the TokenTax <a href="https://app.tokentax.co/imports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Imports</a> page.

If you would rather import your Coinbase data via CSV, please follow the steps below:

In the left hand column of Coinbase, click the Statements icon.

In the right hand column, select the following settings: 

1. Transaction Type: All Transactions 
2. Date: All Time 
3. Format: CSV 
4. Click Generate.

Upload your CSV files to the TokenTax <a href="https://app.tokentax.co/imports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Imports</a> page.

1. In the left hand column of Coinbase, click the Statements icon. 
2. In the right hand column, select the following settings: 
3. Asset: All Assets 
 1. Transaction Type: All Transactions 
 2. Date: All Time 
 3. Format: CSV 
 4. Click Generate. 
4. Upload your CSV files to the TokenTax <a href="https://app.tokentax.co/imports" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Imports</a> page.
