Importing your KuCoin data into TokenTax using API or CSV

API

  1. Open the Kucoin API page by clicking Account and then selecting API keys on the sidebar.

  2. Click Create.

  3. Copy your API key and secret to TokenTax.

CSV

  1. Log into the Kucoin Dashboard. In the top right corner of the screen, hover over & click your profile badge.

  2. On the profile page, Select 'Export History'.

  3. From the Export screen, click Export.

  4. Click the drop-down menu which says 'Market' and select 'All'.

  5. Under 'Time Span', click 'Custom'. Select both the date when you completed your first trade and the same date one year after. If the end date is beyond today's date, please select 'Current Date'.

  6. Note* If the end date has passed, you'll need to export another file starting the day after the previous file was exported.

  7. Click 'Include Sub-Accounts' if applicable.

  8. Click 'Confirm'; The document may take a few minutes to generate.

  9. Download the file from the 'Export History' page.

  10. Open the file on your computer and you will find a number of reports, import the following to TokenTax:

    1. 'SpotOrders_FilledOrders'(do not upload the SpotOrders_FilledOrders(Show Order Splitting).csv in addition as it will duplicate your trade data)

    2. 'Deposit_Withdrawal History_DepositHistory'

    3. 'Deposit_Withdrawal History_Withdrawal Record'

Exporting Futures data:

1. Login to KuCoin Futures.

2. Select Futures Orders on the right-hand side.

3. Download PNL History, Trade History, Funding History, and Order History.

4. Upload your CSVs to TokenTax.
