Crypto.com transactions are supported via either API or CSV import.
Please follow these steps to connect an API:
Select Settings, then API keys.
Select Create a new API key and be sure to make it read only.
Create your API key and do not enable IP restrictions.
Copy your API key and secret to the TokenTax Imports page.
If you would rather import your Bybit data via CSV, you can generate the necessary files by following these steps:
Hover over Wallets in the top right corner and click Spot Wallet (https://crypto.com/exchange/wallets/spot/balances).
Click Order History on the left hand side.
Click Export History in the top right corner.
Select a start and end date, check Select All for currency, and click Export to CSV.
Select the Export History tab and download file. The zip file will contain 4 files, but the only one you need is SPOT_TRADE.csv.
Follow steps 1-5 again, but for step 2 select Transaction History instead of Order History. The zip will contain 4 files but the only 2 you need are DEPOSIT.csv and WITHDRAWAL.csv.
Upload SPOT_TRADE.csv, DEPOSIT.csv, and WITHDRAWAL.csv to the TokenTax Imports page.
Crypto.com Visa Card Transaction Records Instructions:
Click the card icon to navigate to the Crypto.com Visa Card menu.
Click the icon in the top right corner to view transaction history.
Click the export icon in the top right corner.
Select the appropriate date range and click Export.
Click Download to the right of the file.
Upload CSV file to the TokenTax Imports page.
Note: Crypto.com Exchange activity is not included in the CSV. Please import this data via our Crypto.com API.
