How to Import your Deribit Data

Deribit spot transactions are supported via either API or CSV import. However, if you have used this platform for margin/derivative type trades then you will need to use CSV along with your regular import - see below for details.

Please follow these steps to connect a Deribit API:

  1. Log in to your Deribit account and open the API page.

  2. Click Add a new key.

  3. Select read permission in all available selections.

  4. Save your Client ID as Public Key and your Client Secret as Secret and copy them to the TokenTax Imports page.

If you would rather import your Deribit data via CSV, you can generate the necessary file by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Profile page and click Transaction Logs.

  2. Click Download logs.

  3. Select desired coin.

  4. Upload your CSV file to the TokenTax Imports page.

Please Note: This platform offers Margin, Futures, and/or Derivatives transactions. These types of transactions require the purchase of a supporting plan or the Margin Add-On.

Note: If you have Margin activity on Deribit, you will need a Transaction log from each subaccount.
