Bitrue data is currently supported via CSV import only. You can generate a file of your transaction history by following these steps:
Click the Orders dropdown menu and select Spot Orders.
Click Order History in the left hand column.
Click Export and choose the date range you would like to download (Bitrue allows up to 3 months at a time for download).
Choose Trade History and click OK to download.
Upload your CSV file to the TokenTax Imports page.
Please Note: This platform offers Margin, Futures, and/or Derivatives transactions. These types of transactions require the purchase of a supporting plan or the Margin Add-On.
If you have transacted using these types, you can generate CSV files of your Margin, Futures, or Derivatives data by following these steps:
Navigate to Assets and click on My Assets.
Select Export Asset Transaction History, then Deposits | Withdrawals | Trade History, then Date Range.
Download the CSV file.
Request the Margin Loan Report from Bitrue support
Upload your CSV files to the TokenTax Imports page.
