My data is synced. Why am I not seeing anything on my Dashboard?

This common problem can usually be solved with a single click.

One of the most common problems we hear from our users is that even though all their data is synced, no data about gains, transactions, or tax liabilities is being displayed on their Dashboard.

The good news is that this problem can usually be solved by simply clicking "Recalculate data" on the top right side of your Dashboard. You can see where the button is located in the screenshot below.

Once your data loads, you will want to review the results as their may still be missing cost basis errors or other issues.

If recalculating your data doesn't cause your data to load on your dashboard, please contact support.
