Please Note: This platform is no longer in operation. New API connections may not be possible. We strongly recommend leaving existing connections to ensure historical data retention.
Because this platform is defunct, new API connections are not currently possible. Existing API imports may be showing a sync error, but they may still be providing historical transactions from the date range shown; for this reason, it is important to leave existing connections in your account to ensure that all historical data is retained. Deleting the import will remove those potentially irretrievable transactions from your account, and this action is not reversible. For this reason, we highly recommend that existing FTX APIs not be removed or deleted.
If you need to import new/missing FTX data to complete your dataset, you can do so via CSV import. To generate files of your transaction history, please follow these steps:
For files containing transactions from a specific sub-account
Navigate to the FTX Customer Claims Portal.
Click the cloud icon at the top of each tab on Step 4 to download files.
Upload your CSV files to the TokenTax Imports page.
For all transactions from all sub-accounts in one file
Click Download All Core Transactions at the top of the page on Step 4.
Upload your CSV file to the TokenTax Imports page.
